Creating together

So you want to develop your skills you learnt at undergrad? Perhaps you’ve been working in industry for a while and want to get back on the academic horse?

So you check the Ncl website and find the perfect course for you (obviously a business-related degree), you’ve found out how to apply, worked it all out with your family and work life then realise…

Living in Newcastle as a student is very reasonable but when faced with the fact that the University recommends that a student has between £10,500 – £12,000 a year to cover living costs (2017-18), not including tuition fees, it can be quite daunting.

So how can you make it work?

1. If you’re a UK or EU national, you can make use of the governments Postgraduate Loan initiative, you could receive up to £10,000  towards living and course costs

2. If you studied for your undergraduate degree at Newcastle you will qualify for 20% off your course fees

3. You can look into getting a Business School Scholarship

4. When you are here, there are plenty of options to of working  around your studies, an easy option for this is to become a business champion
